Copperhead Pass
The wind tugged at the mixed lengths of grass as you trudged by. Water. You needed water. Talk of a lake in this direction from coyotes set your mind on finding it. However, when you crested the hill all that was in sight was a pale, shriveled-up lakebed.
How could this be? Upon closer inspection, you notice that there are small tents set up in the lake bed. Wolves pace about between their homes. Perhaps a visit is due?
