Hyacintho Luna

☾ . KINGDOM OF THE BLUE MOON

Once a thriving kingdom with strong beliefs in the moon, darkness came to the mountain-dwelling Hyacinths under the reign of their Final King. Sweeping tragedy nearly wiped them out in his poor lead. Sickness and starvation killed their youngest and exhile took their herbalists and guardians. It is at the claws of his predecessor's guardian that he falls, and it's by a young herbalist's nose that the Rightful Heir is found again.

Under First King Nine's rule, they rebuild upon the mountains. The Hyacinths gather their traditions and beliefs again, and even forge some in their renaissance. When they thrive again, they move to the coniferous forest, where First King Nine's reign ends, and the rise of Second King Basil takes place. Though an era of strength, tragedy attempts to strike them again in the loss of the Second King's children. Like raging fire, it is feared a threat to the impending reign of his son, Sorrel.

☾ . ERA THREE: SORREL'S REIGN . SUMMER ONE

Billowing smoke marks Third King Sorrel's earliest days as the Hyacinth's ruler, and an urgent escape leads them to life along the prairie. It is here they form an alliance with a nearby group: the Aurum Venari. They live in peace for a while, before fears of an unlucky leader are reminded of, and starvation finds its way to the Hyacinths. It claims many, and leaves the Kingdom dwindled down to near-nothing. Forced to rebuild again, the Third King gains new members in the Venari, as the remains of Hyacintho Luna is left to find a new home once more.
