- When a lead dies and is replaced, all but the stud and half of the pack's allowed adult slots in adult wolves (alongside any nursing pups these may have) must be chased, retired, or sold, and the pack must move to a new biome. This is called "The Great Trek" and may be referenced in the lore of certain wolves.
