Roaring Shadows

The pack Roaring Shadows worship the bearded vulture. To show respect they "dye" their fur red by rolling in iron rich soil just as the vultures do. Only pack leaders or highly respected wolves get to do this unless it's around courtship time then all wolves are welcomed to "dye" their fur a lovely red/orange shade. Red eyes, orange eyes, yellow eyes and white eyes are highly sought out traits in a mate in this pack since it makes them feel closer to their god. Scars are sought after as well to the point of some wolves from this pack don't let their healer tend to cuts or scrapes in hopes it'll leave an ever lasting mark. To these wolves it tells a story of survival and shows that you are strong and brave enough to take care of yourself and the pack.
