Atlas of the Cosmos

An ever-growing pack of wolves that seemingly have a spiritual connection and fascination with the cosmos. Led and started by a young wolf known by the name Alden many twelvemonths ago. She led these wolves through daily life and passed on her knowledge of charting the glistening expanse above.

Similar to this pack, once lead by Reign, Ethereal Nox pack has a very similar layout and beliefs as both the original leaders were allies and siblings that happened to be very close in both spiritual beliefs and bond.

• As per tradition,
  
  -Many wolves in this pack receive or choose a cosmos related name.
  
  -Those who pass on are relocated to the near the top of the mountain in an area (surrounded by near vertical cliffs) in the center of their territory. Their bodies are covered with their earthly possessions and other adorning items (flowers, crystals, etc.). This is done so they may rest under the expansive universe above for eternity. The cove is constantly guarded and decorated with fresh flowers and other adorning objects.
  
  -Sleeping (unless weather is poor) is done under the stars. Only pups, elders and injured/sick wolves are permitted to sleep in dens. While many activities (such as hunting) are often done long into the night, those who are able to are encouraged to get at least an hour of sleep beneath the cosmos each night.
  
  -The leader is to "converse" with the universe for guidance weekly or as needed, though what exactly this entails is unknown by all but the lead wolf themself.
  
  -Those who are not hunters, healers, scouts or pupsitters are required to fulfill other pack specific roles. Such as, charting the cosmos and the cycles of the moon (via a chalk-like substance in the cave of the cosmos), guarding the dead or gathering items for worship and their dead.
  
  -Celestial events (such as meteor showers) are a cause for celebration and leisurely activities.
  
  
• Deity interaction with the pack:
  
  •The "gods" of their pack are known to gift many wolves with various blessings. Such as random new markings appearing on wolves' coats to eyes changing color to whole base coats randomly becoming different.
  •New pack mates claim that it feels as though they were drawn to the pack by an external force though there is no physical force doing so.
  •Certain lunar occurrences allow access to an altered state of existence where their gods supposedly reside though they haven't been seen in many years (though Alden and Reign supposedly spoke with them in said plane before starting the packs).
  
  The deities~
  ~There is a main god who created the universe themself and who created the other gods to fill the empty expansive space who is known as Circinus (yet to be seen).
  ~The god of the stars, Aquila (appearance described as a wolf with wings).
  ~The god of the sun, Sol (appearance similar to a fennec fox).
  ~The god of the moon, lunam (appearance similar to a serval).
  ~And the god of the planets, Abell (appearance similar to a maned wolf).
  
  Meteor showers and Lunar miracles (eclipses, meteor showers, etc.) are a sign of praise from the gods collectively, though more from certain god depending on the event.
