Lemon Candy Pack 🍋

⸙ Stepping into a small clearing you saw the forest suddenly got a lot thicker, large lush green leaves tangled with vines wrapped the trunks of old oak trees that towered over any other tree in the forest, the air quickly changed to a strong smell of earth and mushrooms that wrapped your lungs with every breathe, something alluring makes you start to make your way into the slits between the old oaks. You feel the cool sensation from the leaves cascaded down against your coat, coating you in the morning dew it collected hours before.

Once passed the wall of leaves, the air felt clearer. You take a big breathe of the fresh air, its cold and crisp. Moving further into the thick vegetation you notice fresh paw prints in the wet mud on the ground. Following them, you make your way into a small clearing surrounded by the same old oaks as before but the field was covered a multitude of colourful flowers, each with a little bee flying in between. The sun is bright in your eyes, you looking away for a moment. Once you've gained your sight back you're suddenly greeted suddenly by a female wolf with deep green markings "Hello, it seems you've wondered into my little bit of paradise. My name is Vex."

Vex spoke in a soft and calming voice, you introduce yourself and state how the plants seem different here and how you wondered through massive oaks with cascading leaves. Vex made a chuckle like noise before showing remorse, speaking again with sadness in her voice "Yes the plants here are special here. They protect my pups and my pack but that doesn't apply to visitors nor does it like them. I'm sorry but I have to do this..". She ushered you towards some thick bushes and started following behind you. You could hear Vex continuing to mumble under her breathe "This is for the better, plus I doubt they want to get...." , a loud snap brings you back out of your thoughts and you notice the forest is gone. You've walked out onto a flower field.

You look behind yourself and notice nothing. The green wolf is gone, you start to think about it and wonder was she even real?. Starting to feel rather confused by the whole ordeal you decided a nap might help, spotting a lonely tree in the field you trot through the flowers. As they rub against your legs, they leave their own special scent making everything smell rather intoxicating. Once you reached the tree, it quickly invites you to lay at the base of its trunk. The cold bark is soothing and slightly familiar but you brush off the feeling as your eyes grow heavy by the second.

The strong midday sun shone down on you disrupting your comfy nap, it reminded you that napping is a blissful but short act. You peeled your eyes open, first thing you see is the sun blaring down on the field that was no longer adorn with flowers but was just a regular field with some bushes and birch trees dotted in the horizon. Questioning how long you'd been asleep for, you cant recollect how you even came about this tree or nap in the first place. Standing up your head feels fuzzy and stomach hungry.

Before you move a paw you sneeze three times. It makes you take a step back for a second, before regaining your senses and making a note contribute that this season is causing you allergies or something. Whatever it was, you feel well rested and rather energetic. ⸙
