Brokencrest Pack
THE BEGINNING
As you walked through the wasteland you could feel your paws starting to ache awfully, you had been walking for days without stopping after an enemy pack attacked and slathered everyone you knew. The fog that covered the woods was not helping your hopelessness until from between the trees you heard a voice.
"Why hello there." A deep, but non threatening voice rang.
As soon as you turned your head to the direction of the voice you saw a pair of yellow eyes peering upon you. It did not take you long to raise your tail defensively and bare your teeth as the voice chuckled deeply.
"Now now child, lower that tail. I might be old, but there is no way in Odin you'll be able to take me down by yourself." The voice said amused.
Steadily you lowered your tail and settled down your lips as you saw a grey wolf push his way out of the fog, like a ghost. He was big in size and his once grey muzzle was now white from the passing of time.
"You must have come a long way, you must be weary from travelling, why don't you take a seat?" He asked softly.
You hesitantly nodded, slowly taking a seat as he had suggested. It was strange that you came upon another wolf and more in the badlands of the forest as it was nothing but constant darkness and danger. You opened your jaws to speak, but before you could do so the grey wolf interrupted you.
"Must have a lot of questions too, well let me tell you a story about how it all ended and how it all began once again. Let me tell you about The Great Ragnarök."

LORE
After the Great Ragnarök nothing has been the same, dozens of packs were lost in the fires and stars that fell from the heavens. The lands have become nothing, but abandoned wastelands. It was like the gods had battled each other on the soils of Earth and in the process brought nothing but suffering and misery. Very small portions of wolves had survived the catastrophes which only seemed to make their situation even more hopeless, until four brothers who, each named after a cardinal point, took command of their own wolves forming four packs. Nord, the daring took the harsh dead forests of the North; Sør the ambitious took the arid grassless flatlands of the South; Øst the wise took the unwelcoming dry wetlands of the East; and finally but not lastly Vest the loyal who took the uneasy high mountains of the West. As years passed the four ancient packs started to slowly divide and become many, populating the wasteland and raging conflict and violence against each other for the right of territory. The Brokencrest pack is one of the many packs fighting for the survival of their own members.
This story takes place in a world where the Cold War went wrong and ended up turning into a nuclear war which wiped away most of the human population from the surface of the Earth. The story views how the fauna, wolves to be more specific, survived to adapt to the new and hellish world of the nuclear wasteland. The wolves often refer to the catastrophe as the Ragnarök which they explain as the gods falling from the heavens while mounting stars, they describe it as a big war between the gods which ended everything so a new start could be born.
