Oolong Pack
Steeped in Mystery
Deep inside the pine forests of the taiga, a pack of wolves roams. The frigid temperatures keep would-be intruders away, allowing the shy pack to avoid conflict with others. Ask the pack's elders how long they've been in the taiga, and they'll simply reply "As long as the taiga has been." Within the last several seasons, as temperatures have gotten uncommonly warm, wolves have begun developing wing-like markings and passing them on to their pups. Whispers have begun to spread that the new markings are a sign the pack will need to find a new home before long.
There are never more than 30 wolves in the pack at a time, and young males are frequently chased off at adulthood. The scouts occasionally bring in new blood to the pack that they meet on their ventures to other biomes.
