1. The Lead will pick a Beta to be by their side until one of them dies

2. Any wolf can mother or father pups, with the approval of the Beta or Lead

3. Every new lead must father or mother pups after taking position at least once

4. The Beta and Lead will share a Pair Bond

5. Beta can take on any role in the pack as they please

6. The Lead and Beta will choose heirs to take over their positions 

7. Any wolf found capable can take over as Lead or Beta
