Welcome to the junkyard city of Lock-and-Hinge, where dogs live completely dependent on the weekly shipments that dump 'fresh' food and supplies. One day, without warning, the shipments stop coming, and the city begins to unravel as starvation sets in.
This town is a heavy thing and the air here is muggy, gnarls of old metal clambering up towards the sky. But generations have been born and died here, and here in the muck is all we know.
