🌠 Brightstar Clan stays nestled deep in the warm, green belly of the Deciduous Forest. Near a small and shallow trickle of a stream lies a moss-covered overhang of deep black rocks. Dry and fluffy moss beds line the inner wall of the crevice, and it is here where the clan makes its humble beginnings.
🍀 Mossy Den is where the wolves lie down to rest their work-weary bones. Tucked just away from the late summer rains and the early autumn snow flurries, this spot isn't much of a "cave" per se. But what it lacks in sheltering capabilities it makes up for in charm. Plush mossy beds line the shiny black rock walls of the den, decorated with feathers and bones and other well-loved trinkets.
🌳 Denguard's Hollow is a cozy and warm shelter made in the hollow of a large old oak tree. Thick roots breach the soft soil at the hollow's entrance, making for a fun place for pups to play. Denguard's Hollow is only a few wolflengths away from Mossy Den, which makes it easy to defend from predators.
💧 Healer's Grotto is a short trek away from Mossy Den. Just behind a small, splashing waterfall there is a cave hidden away from the elements. This small cavern has crisp air and even crisper puddles of water to help hydrate ill wolves. Small cracks and crannies in the cavern walls make for neat and tidy storage. To the right of the entrance, thick moss beds line a curved wall of steely gray rock. In the middle of the cave is a ring of stalactites which creates a separate area for the Healers to sleep.
🌄 Hunter's Outlook is down the small slope just under the lip of the rise that houses Brightstar Clan's base. A neat outcropping of the cliff face gives way to a cave large enough for all the clan's hunters. The hunters keep their prize kills here so they can take them to the Trading Center in bulk. Delivery is usually a job left to the apprentices and newer members of the clan.
🗻 Stoneside Burrow is where the apprentices sleep and spend their off-time. It was hollowed out and reinforced by the founding members of Brightstar Clan, dug into the soft earth just behind Mossy Den. Inside the burrow, thick and sturdy branches provide support, lining the walls and dotting the floor of the burrow. Aside from a little flooding during heavy rains, it makes for a neat enough shelter for the apprentices of the clan.
