Hounds of Agrom

"It was prophesied that the end of the gods was coming. The time had finally come. Those who doubt will perish."
There was a war against creatures so powerful it was futile. Many, many lost their lives in that hopeless struggle. Mortals and higher beings alike. There were two, one destined to devour the powerful, and the other destined to put an end to the devourer. Both, on opposing sides, saw the destruction and killing that this prophecy brought and decided to obey it no longer.

This is what we call the time of no return. The moment they decided to leave the battlefield, they became traitors and were never allowed to return to this realm. The once proud and great army shrank to a minimum. Along the way they found like-minded creatures who joined them on their journey through a world they had never seen before.

A long and arduous journey that paid its price, some did not make it and were put to grave. But the few who made it eventually found the help they needed. That help was someone everyone still calls the returning spirit, someone who knew this world very well and who led the few survivors to a place they could now call home. Here they now live, the Hounds of Agrom, in a well-protected place in peace, without war and senseless death. Here they are finally home.
