My goal is to try and have a bunch of New Befriended and Low Generation Wolves. Any wolves that don’t fit that category will be bred and/or sold for profit.

Puppies get their roles assigned once they're born based on their parents roles.
These roles are officially used once they're adults.
Royal Guards are Hunters.
Generals are the Lead Hunters.
Royal Caretakers are Pupsitters.
Only Royals are Scouts and Herbalists.
Royals have no other jobs.
