Rockside Pack
The Rockside Pack has many strict occupations, which also accompanies how the wolves are named.
Pups will be paw chosen by the Lead Wolf to follow their future path, and have temporary titles to reflect as such.
Pups being trained as scouters are named Stalkers.
Pups being trained as hunters are named Pawprints.
Pups being trained as pupsitters are named Nesters.
Pups being trained as herbalists are named Herb Holders.
Pups and wolves outside of the pack to be traded or given to the Maternal Bear are to be called 'Cub.' It's not considered a temporary title like the others, more so an acknowledgment that the wolf even exists.
After a pup completes training at 1 years old, they will be given their Rover Title. They will then receive two combined names to represent their past and future in the pack; said names will be based on the wolf's fur, abilities, or personality.
After their Title Ceremonies at dawn, they will spend the day with their family and friends, and spend the night in a newly made nest, filled with feathers from excited packmates.
Other than the naming ceremonies, The Rockside Pack has very few rules, most of them dedicated to keeping the den clean.
The only other rule of importance is that a Lead Wolf must announce which wolf they want to lead the pack, and must always have said wolf on paw. If this chosen wolf dies, or becomes the new Lead Wolf following the previous' death, a new wolf must be chosen as the next in line immediately.
After a Lead Wolf dies, they must be buried with flowers, to help them live in peace in the chosen grave. Any other wolf must be buried under the shade of a tree, to bring them rest from their endless duties serving the pack.
