The Honey Forest Pack History And Present
The Honey Forest Pack has been around for many, many, moons and has always been known as a fierce group ready to protect their forest with their lives but, this generation has been odd. For the first time in a while the pack is suffering, a deadly curse of sickness follows them. Bug has been the leader of the Honey Forest Pack for many moons, but like everyone his time will one day end. Bug's main goal at the moment is to find a wolf that meets his standards to take over when he passes. He has a potential pick in mind but as of the moment he cannot just hand over his title, not when the pack is in shambles. The companion role will never be filled again during his lead, the spot was once filled by his best friend, Moth, but after his life was lost in a flood Bug can't bring himself to essentially replace him. The entirety of the pack's survival for years has been the lead but, as of right now all eyes are on our hunters, due to the blooming of new pups being born left and right food has become scarce, it's gotten so bad that Bug had to break the one rule of the pack, he had to send out the hunters to another packs territory, the Lilac Medows pack, despite their innocent name, the Lilac Medows pack is filled with skilled hunters and blood thirsty wolves, they killed his best hunting group, his only choice right now is to let go a few members of the pack, the head female is already baring children, they just don't have enough recourses or room.
It hasn't even been six full moons and the pack is almost gone. A horrible sickness hit the pack and almost everyone was wiped out, the ones that did survived left the pack claiming that Bug was responsible for all the bad things happening. Slowly but surely Bug has been rebuilding the pack, because of the harsh snow storm a few moons back many pups had been left without parents so bug took them in, along with a few older wolves that had been kicked from their previous pack. The only major problem we have at the moment is our happiness with pack wars breaking out left and right everyone is on high alert almost all hours of the day, the pups are getting curious and they've been trying to wander out of pack borders honestly Bug wants them to see the world it's just, not the best at the moment.
Honestly Bug is starting to wonder what happened, back when he was a pup he remembered always being able to freely play and talk with member of other packs, hell they even used to share food, the switch really happened when Ivy, the lilac meadows pack leader died, when her son took over all hell broke loose, battles, territory wars, the meadows all of a sudden becoming almost baren, honestly no one could have saw it coming because Thistle the new leader used to be a kind and caring wolf, just makes ya wonder what happened.
