You do not remember what made you wander this far into the desert, and it's been hard to keep a coherent mind with the sun beaming down onto your already overheated body. Your paw pads are cracked and dry, each step makes you wince from the pain. You keep on trekking forwards, you aren't sure where you're going but if you keep moving forward you must run into some water, right? Your vision is hazy and as the wind picks up, sand gets into your eyes. You think you see a wolf coming up to you, they ask if you wish to live and immediately you answer "yes". The wolf smiles before the drastically wind picks up- sand is now flying everywhere and you can barely see the wolf infront of you. You close your eyes to avoid more sand coming into them and soon you suddenly feel water at your feet. When you open your eyes there is no longer any wind and instead you are inside a large canyon. Immediately you drop down to the floor and drink up as much water as you can "slow down" you hear the wolf say. You look up and notice that you are surrounded by more unknown wolves, some standing at your eye level while others standing on various levels of ledges above you thus making them look more intimidating. The original wolf who brought you here takes another step forward "welcome to Welwitschia" they say.
