To outsiders, they see the Jawbones as fables. A formidable force not to be trifled with. Some believe they're cursed. Others say they're practically gods themselves. Whichever telling of them you'd like to believe is up to you. Nevertheless.. there's no uncertainty regarding their presence. There's a spine-chilling atmosphere encompassing their remote, arboreous highlands. Hiking along the paths leading across the cliffs.. onward down the valley.. through the woods.. all leaves you with a sense of overwhelming dread.

The Jawbones operate predominantly under Old Norse mannerisms and terminology. The naming processes are done in Old Norse, as are the terms for their ranking within the pack.
- Their lead wolves are known as [DrΓ³ttning] Queen SkΓΆgul and [Konungr] King Einherjar. In Mythology, Einherjar are slain warriors brought to Valhalla by Valkyries. During the fables of RagnarΓΆk, they're meant to be brought back to Midgard by their Valkyries to serve once more. While the term "SkΓΆgul" refers to a particular, "high-towering" Valkyrie or in some writings, two separate beings. In a way, that can be a reference to two spirits. One of a formidable warrior while the other is a wise, guiding figure.
- Hunters are referred to as VÑði, Scouts are referred to as Skúta, Herbalists are referred to as Seiðr and Pupsitters are referred to as Vǫrðr.
- No wolf possessing mutations or one which carries a mutation will be treated no differently than any other pack member. Limited capabilities or not, they're not to be cast out. Curses and blessings are given out for a reason.
- Inbreeding is not tolerated.
