Lore notes for those curious:
-these caelum wolves can dream themselves into the lunar realm at anytime, though cannot interact
-those born with this base are considered blessed and are the only pups kept
-when a caelum wolf recieves their role or reaches adulthood, they are adorned with their own decorations they will wear until death when they will return to their natural state
