Story Pack
The Story Pack was created by a wolf named ShadowHunter who ran away from his former pack after his father who was the leader decided to have him killed for treason. He began traveling on his own but was shortly joined by Nightmare, a wolf from his former pack who had a crush on him and also was a bit out of place in the pack. These two decided to create a pack of their own.
After a while of traveling the two wolves found the mountains where they got ready to settle down but they were found by a hunting group from a pack called the Summit Pride. They were dragged back to the pack where their leader Valk told them they couldn't stay in the mountains but he heard of a good place for them. They eventually found a suitable place to stay in the forest where they began inviting in other wolves. A few wolves in the pack do not believe ShadowHunter is cut out to lead them however...
ShadowHunter was eventally killed by the Uprising. He had successfully killed his father who was the leader of the Thunder Pack ending his reign of terror. His daughter Dove was supposed to take his place however Falcon had been part of the Uprising meaning he had enough backup to force Dove to back down causing Falcon to become the new leader of the Story Pack. Falcon has changed a few of the rules and the pack is quite diffrent with him in charge. With his many loyal wolves no one is brave enough to take a stand against him.
Gods and Goddesses:
Stellae
The first wolf to ever live and the first wolf to die. They are the God of the afterlife. They are said to be half albino and half melanistic because these wolves don't understand how genetics work. The Stellae is what the wolves of the Story Pack and Thunder Pack call the afterlife.
Sol and Luna
Sol and Luna are siblings who as the legend goes can bestow special powers upon wolves of the packs if they are a blessed by either of them. If a wolf has fur like them they are believed to be blessed by that wolf, wolves with these colours usually get the best ranks in the pack and are the most respected. There are also wolves known as cursed ones if they are blessed by both of them. These wolves are deemed 'too powerful' and are often killed as soon as they're born. It is because of this that a Luna decendent and a Sol decendent are forbidden to become mates and/or have pups together. Breaking this rule could end up making you a rankless, throwing you out on your own, or on occasion the alpha will kill you. If the pack decides to not kill a cursed one they will normally have difficulty getting a rank and aren't aloud to have pups.
After Falcon became leader he wanted to use the powers of the cursed ones so he encouraged them to have pups, which changed the pack's views on them, making them some of the most important wolves in the pack. They are now known as the Dual Blessed since Falcon's leadership, and completely seen as the oppisite of how they used to be seen.
Corvus
Corvus was a pup who passed away due to untreated burns from a forest fire. She was the first pup ever lost and is seen as the goddess of pups and if a pup dies she will lead them to the stars where they will play forever among their loved ones. She is the one who gave a beak and hooves to camp guards and wings to Shadowhunter's line.
These are just a few of many gods.
Ranks:
Alpha: The leader of the pack. They are in charge of making sure all of the pack's needs are met. All decisions lie on their shoulders.
Beta: Basically the second in command. If the alpha dies the beta replaces them. The beta is selected by the alpha. They are usually decendents of ShadowHunter.
Herbalist: The healer of the pack, keeps everyone in the pack healthy and gathers herbs. This rank ties with beta for how powerful they are in the pack. It is a tradition that a herbalist wear a herb or a material they would use to heal wolves somewhere on them that way they can easily be distinguished. Any other wolf wearing this would be seen as against the rules and the wolf would be punished.
Trainee herbalist: A wolf who is learning from the herbalist about how to treat wounds, gather plants, that sort of thing. They will replace the herbalist when they die.
Lead scout, lead hunter and lead pupsitter: The leaders of their respected groups. They make sure everyone from their group is doing their jobs correctly. If they notice a problem with a wolf in their division they report it to the beta or alpha depending on how serious the situation is.
Mentor: A wolf that is normally 7 years of age whose job is to teach pups and keep stories of the pack alive. They are leaders and as such stay with the lead scout, hunter and pupsitter. They also help make rules for the pack to follow.
Travellers: Wolves who become travellers in the story pack are greatly repected as their main goal is supposed to be helping other packs. They stay in the leader's den. A lot of the time travellers will train for a certain role that way they can help other packs with that certain thing but on occasion wolves will become travellers just to meet other packs and learn about diffrent packs that way the wolves in the Story Pack can learn about a new way of life. Travellers always return to the pack permently at 7 years old and become mentors like all the other wolves in the pack. Travellers from other packs are also kept in the leader's den.

Subordinates: Wolves with other jobs. Each different job has a bit of a hierarchy, scouts being the most respected hunters being right in the middle and pupsitters being the least respected. There can be up to 35 hunters, 2 scouts and 5 pupsitters at a time but sometimes rankless will become temporary pupsitters if there are to many pups for the other pupsitters to handle. The temporary pupsitters don't move into the mothers, pups and pupsitters as they are still technecally considered a rankless.
Rankless: A wolf who does not have a place in any of the other categories. They are also the first ones to be exiled if the pack has no space. The lower their stats are the harder it is for a rankless to get a job.
Traditions:
When a wolf reaches seven years of age they must become a mentor. They will teach and tell stories of the past to pups that way events of importance won't be forgotten. If they haven't reached level 10 they will be kicked out of the pack instead, being seen as not working hard enough to deserve to stay.
If a wolf is badly behaved or not helping the pack they will be demoted to the rank of pupsitter. If a pupsitter neglects a pup in their care and the pup gets injured or killed the pupsitter will either be given to another pack or chased off unless the alpha finds reason to let them stay. (If the pup is a nameless this rule doesn't apply because nameless aren't canon to the lore.)
They celebrate birthdays. On a wolf's birthday they and their friends celebrate by feasting on prey and their friends come together to bring them toys and treasure. Birthdays of very important wolves such as any leading role will be celebrated by the entire pack.
When Falcon took over he had a rule that all wolves of the pack must fill out information on themselves that way he can keep an eye on everyone and he knows everything about them so he can find anyone who breaks his rules. This information is not shown to other packs and is just for leaders of the pack and other important wolves to see.

(All pups who are unnamed are ones I want to get rid of, if you want one i'd be happy to sell it to you! Just let me know if you like one.)
