"Two deer of different looks were born into the world. Two brothers. One born with a shimmering and glowing golden coat, his name was Ragnar and he symbolized the Sun. The other born with a dark bluish coat with shimmering speckles all over him, his name was Draken and he symbolized the Moon. Ragnar was the more elegant of the two brothers, while Draken slunk around. Both grew bored in the sky, so they created life down on Earth. First were the deer, then onwards came many more herbivorous animals. Majority of the animals that were primary plant eaters were Draken's creations. With the world being consumed and now many animals fighting over food, Ragnar spotted the problem to be population, it wasn't checked. So he created the wolf, and branched off to different areas of carnivorous animals. The creation of the carnivorous animals lead to argument of the two celestial beings. So they began to fight. Draken tried to kill his brother many times, but never could catch him. The legend is the two deer now chase each other; and fear spikes when the Moon covers the Sun, fear that one day the sun will never shine again.
Or that's how it went for a while. Draken realized he had to deal with the problem back on Earth, his poor creations getting killed and then consumed. So he began creating 5 friends. They take the forms of these five animals; a Whitetail buck, a Raccoon, a Fox, a Bear, and a Caribou.
Ragnar responded to Draken trying to create chaos down on Earth and killing the creations he had made by creating 5 friends as well. They take the forms of these five animals; a Mule Deer buck, a Bull, a Snowshoe Hare, a Coyote, and a Mountain Lion.
But to keep their own parties from fighting amongst themselves, they wished to create another friend each. But having previously used most of their power to create five gods respectively, they had to combine power to create the final two. They take the shape of a Lynx, and a Peacock."

The Thalwind Pack come together to respect each one of these Gods and Goddesses created by the two celestial deer, each month is dedicated to one of them in specific. This month's God or Goddess is:
Yakov, a male Grizzly Bear, he is aligned with the Moon deer, Draken, and is the God of Reverence
Bears are a force of nature, they are thought to have betrayed the Sun deer, Ragnar, and joined sides with Draken, the Moon deer. Despite having created them, Ragnar is not who bears follow under. Yakov was created by Draken mocking his brother's creation, the old bear became his loyal disciple who made himself respected in the forest by brute strength and force alone.
The Thalwind Pack pays respect to the God of Reverence by placing out a feast of many meats for Yakov to feed upon. Skulls are set out for the God's amusement. While this month is primarily set up based on fear of a giant bear ravanging the pack; it's also a month where the Thalwind pack respects its packmembers, allies, and friends.
THALWIND PACK The Thalwind Pack is a pack under the current leader, Jackdaw, the son of the pack's original founder, Grimshaw.They currently follow under the religion of the 'Two Great Celestial Deer', the reason why the pack has a great respect for the cervid animals. The pack is aligned and on the side of the sun deer.The story goes as following:
