Jagged Mountain Pack

The cold snow nips at your pawpads as you trek through the mountian peaks, every step you take only seeping more and more energy from you. How long had you been walking for now? How many times have you been in one big circle? you couldn't know.
You walk and walk, hoping, praying for any sign of warmth or other wolves- even something as little as a snowy dune would be your haven at this point. But, no matter how hard you look, there doesn't seem to be any chance of finding one soon- let alone a warm cave to snuggle up in.
At this point, you can start to feel your legs giving in. You hadn't even realized the snow had reached your knees! You fight for more strength, but to no use. You collaspe onto the freezing earth below as your eyes slowly begin to shut.
Yet.. despite the despair in your heart and the numb in your legs.. you swear you could hear a rescuer from afar
``Another lost one! Hurry up Hikaru!.....``
