You stumble across a clearing, a male wolf standing in front of you. "You best run runt," he growled, his roan head held high. "Rain is coming." he smirked, looking over his shoulder as a beautiful she-wolf in her prime approaches. "Well well, another one" she smirked, her blue eyes piercing through your fur like the blue flare of a raging fire. "I'll give you a head start.." she motioned, slowly baring her teeth into a snarl. You step back in awe, beginning to run. "One!" she yowls, her voice echoing like thunder. "Two!" Your heart stops, knowing you won't get far enough in time. "Three!" She yelps. You run as fast as your legs can take you, however, her speed outmatches yours.. to late little guy.
