The Endless

As you walk through the deciduous forest, fallen leaves give way to fallen snow, you happen upon a clearing.

Within the clearing, a wolf stands upon an old, redwood stump. She is tall and strong, dark furred with piercing orange eyes. She is The Dying Embers, founder of The Endless, and current queen. Below her is the pack, some playing, some sleeping. A couple of pups roll on leaf litter while an older, kind eyed she-wolf eyes the canopy above her. An adolescent male watches cautiously from beneath a trunk and you watch as a squirrel scurries right up to his nose before disappearing once more. Dying Embers watches you closely, a silent, judging stare. At last, She gives a nod and the pack welcome a new friend.

Dying Embers is the quiet type, but she is dedicated to her pack. The new-comers have flourished under the beginning of her reign but only time will tell if The Endless' memory will be, well, endless or forgotten within a moon. By her side is Burning Stone, much more talkative then she but just as reliable. Together, they will lead this pack season after season in their quest to become a legend.
