Sentinel Sanctuary
Intro
The path was long and hard.
You'd been travelling the shoreline for all too long, and your destination so far had been... disappointing, in a word. The further north you go, the more somber the world feels and the creatures eye you with an intense distrust. It doesn't take a genius to figure out they don't want you here.
As you get to a rocky outcropping, you notice a little path - and then earthy eyes watching you narrowly. The travel must have made you tired, since you hadn't seen her before now. A grey wolf is watching you, her fur dusted with white and tan. You give a little wag of your tail, and she relaxes. Studying her for a moment, you can smell the pack scent on her - she must be guarding the entrance to a den. You lick your lips, thinking of what to say, but she beats you to it;
"You may enter, but be weary. My kind are not friendly. The Marineer is in charge around here, the little brown one." She licks her lips, contemplating, "Oh, and welcome to the Sanctuary."
