Soft River Pack
The Soft River Pack was founded by Abaise, a she-wolf from over the mountains, and Kotsim, her mate, who ventured into the valley from beyond the tundra. Together, they established and led the pack for many years, before passing leadership on to their daughter Cracking Ice, who led with the help of several second-in-commands, until her death. Stormy Skies took over, breaking the familial line of leaders, but was the best fit for the role in Cracking Ice's eyes. With the support of his lifelong mate Stargazer, he led the pack through many trials, before eventually succumbing to old age.
Arnica now leads the pack, merging the two leader lines, with Stormy Skies as his paternal grandfather, and Kotsim and Abaise as his maternal great great grandparents. His mate Spring Thaw supports him, as well as his younger uncle River Gift as herbalist.
