Redwoods pack
Will at some point have some pack lore here. The main idea is that the redwood pack is a very old one and the wolves believe that the forest was created by ancient spirits using their own physical forms. Thus they protect the redwood forest as they believe that they are descendants of the ancient spirits ad draw power from the land itself.
