As time grew on and the trees started to lose their leaves, Fern, the leader of Zodiacal Shadows, sighed, her muscles were getting old and she would soon have to choose a pup to lead the pack, she looked over at Moriko Faunus and Shetan, they were talking to each other, Shetans third eye flicked over to Fern, she looked away, unable to make eye contact
II'll be right back Moriko" Syderra Platz said, walking over to Fern and sitting next to the older she-wolf
"Fern, are you alright? You seem tired" Syderra's eyebrows knitted together as the older she wolf lay down, her bones quietly creaking with the relaxation
"I'm.. just old, Syderra, soon I will have to choose a worthy wolf of this pack to lead my reign" Fern sighed and rested her head down onto the ground, watching the pack move around
"Fern I've been thinking, and.. I know it's hard for you to hear this.. but, I think that you should choose today, as.. you might not see tomorrow" Syderra's voice cracked as she said these words, Fern leaned into Syderra for support
"Syderra, you are wise, and your mate is wise,but use your wideness as not a weapon, but as a guide, I've come to a decision about who will be the next main male, not alpha, but male. It's.. Moriko, your mate, and I dearly hope that when I'm gone, Shetan and Fizzy will bear a pup, and that pup will be the next Alpha. But right now, I wish for none other than happiness for the time I have left"

Hunters (Stalkers): Smarts and wisdom
Hunters (Chasers): Speed and agility
Hunters (Finishers): Strength
Herbalists: Tala's quest says smarts and wisdom, although it seems herbalist proficiency and level seems to be more important
Pupsitters: Nothing in particular
Scouts: Nothing in particular, though you need 101 strength to scout the rainforest and 101 wisdom to scout the glacier (both until fully unlocked, then any level wisdom/strength)
Mentors: Nothing in particular, though having higher stats helps to make sure they can be 1.5 times higher than the stat of the pup(s) they're training. They also have to have at least 5 levels.
