ETERNAL WINTER RULES
- ONLY keeping Muted bases. All below rules apply.
- T1s are not to be kept unless under certain conditions. They are to be given away or put in the R+C program. If they have 8+ markings, the T1s will be sold.
- T2s are to be kept if they have more than 5 markings and are deemed desirable. If they're under 5 markings, the T2s would either be sold (if they have certain markings) or enclaved.
- T3s and above are to be kept unless they have under 3 markings. If so, they'll be sold or given away.
- If any puppies have a secondary mutation or a carrier, they would be cased aside for breeding purposes. I don't believe carriers keep their status when chased so I'll avoid that.
