Lune
The first lead, Midnight had started her pack in the high mountains of Concelo Mons hoping for her pack to grow larger and stronger, but this mountain was dying, food was hard to find, and there were creatures that sucked the life out of the things they touched. The first cave they found was the home of a dragon, Vǫrðr the guardian of the mountain. The wolves had been attacked countless times by the dragon, and eventually, the wolf goddess Lunara had visited Midnight in a dream and gifted her a blessing and when she awoke a white star appeared on her forehead. When the dragon saw this star he impatiently called on Midnight to speak with him. So she and another wolf had gone to the dragon and he told them of a prophecy telling of a wolf with the blessing of Lunara, and that the pack of this wolf would rise and bring life back to the mountain, and defeat the creatures that killed it. The dragon requested that the first child of the alpha would be sent to live with the dragon. This wolf would be known as the Dragonspeaker, they would be granted the ability to see the future and speak to the wolf goddess Lunara, and most importantly, fight the shadow creatures.
Now when there is a new alpha they must sleep under a painting of Lunara and be granted her blessing, and when they will awake they will have the star marking.
