Blythe 'Standby' Hayhurst

Blythe is quiet and blends in. You wouldn't think that sort of quality had much value to pirates, but Blythe is an important cog in nigh every heist or mission. She's inconspicuous and does not give up secrets easily. She most often wears a poker face and it's hard to tell what she's thinking. She's most often sent out to scout potential additions to the crew thanks to her ability to become one with her surroundings, shortly followed by Joan, whose duty it is to evaluate and charm potential allies.
