She was found by the Wandering Star, staring unblinkely at her reflection on the stagnant river.
The Star spoke. Softly and gently, with words of kindness and reassurance. The river now flows again.
She accepted the offer to join the newly established pack, with no one other than her and the Leader, and was then named Blackclaw (although her claws are not black).
