Biomes each have a preferred stat for scouting, and you can get a hint at which stat each biome prefers by which stat it rewards when a scout is completed there.

2. Some encounters do nothing if you don't have a collect quest open so keep one to have more options for getting items!
3. In case you don't already know, leaving a wolf without a Cave can make it sick or hurt overnight.
