DEV UPDATE #28: Enclave puppies that can be adopted are now released in waves: the first wave is at 00:00 WD time, the second wave is at 06:00, the third wave is at 12:00, and the fourth wave is at 18:00. Puppies are assigned into a wave randomly when left at the enclave.
