You're wandering the deep part of the forest, enjoying the sunlight that shone between the swaying leaves casting little lights onto the soft grassy floor. Suddenly you catch an odd smell and come to realize that you have wandered into someone's territory. You keep your head low and hurry along, hoping to yourself that the pack leader isn't on a patrol today. But you're unlucky today as a figure lunges out of a nearby bush and pins you down. The she-wolfs grey eyes glare down at you, "What are you doing here!?" The she-wolf snaps. Instantly you show your belly in surrender, "I am just passing through." The she-wolf eyes you before she backs away, relaxing her shoulders and allowing you to stand up. "Its been long since I've seen a traveler, you look dreadfully tired would you like to rest?" The leaders voice in now softer and calmer with the knowledge that you aren't going to harm her pack. You nod, you hadn't rested in a few days and the offer to be with other wolfs for a while brought you comfort. As you walk the she-wolf, who you have come to know as Nitara, explains ancient stories of her pack and invites you to share some stories as well. When you get to the camp you see a huge rock in the center of the camp with rubies glinting here in there, caves and dens surround the area, and a few yards away is a small field in witch sitters watch puppies play around. "Welcome to Ruby rock, feel free to socialize trade and rest here until you decide to continue your travels." Nitara says, her voice full of pride with her continuously growing pack. A few wolfs look at you in question but none seem to judge or dislike you, you are truly safe here. After exploring you have come to see everyone's roles in the pack and consider trading for a puppy to have as a traveling companion, although you yourself might just stay here and follow the peaceful flow of the Shadow Howler pack.
