Wolves Forever in the Snow

Fighting famine, the struggles of being alive, and looking damn good while doing it.

A pack of northern wolves that hate the heat, thrive in the frost, and have no qualms with eating anything it takes to survive. With denser coats and usually double dew claws, these wolves have evolved and adapted to spend the entire year in lower temperature climates. They've taken on more scavenging and cannibalistic tendencies than their family members in the lower valleys.

This specific pack has a tendency to take in the outliers from other packs, specifically puppies that were abandoned due to overpopulation. Due to the scarcity of food at times in the northern climate, it is not uncommon for packs in the area to abandon/sacrifice the smaller or less promising of litters in order to better care for the chosen pups. This pack is not above doing so either, but has so far been able to avoid it.
