PACK STRUCTURE
Alphas and Betas: Only old line wolves and their pair bonds.
- At any given time there is one alpha pair and one beta pair.
- Primary breeders. Fill leader and scout roles, sometimes mentors/pupsitters.
- Successors for these positions are denoted as "heir" in their footnote.
- Only direct descendants of old lines can become leaders.

Hunters: Any wolves can be hunters.
- Hunters are in a separate den, and generally do not breed (not strictly - if there is plenty of food and resources they may).

Elders: Wolves aged ~6+ that are not alphas nor betas.
- These wolves act as pupsitters or mentors.

Druids: herbalists or wolves training to be herbalists
