A headcannon AU lore account surrounding the Cream Wolves from Cookie Run Kingdom!
In this AU, The Cream Wolves aren't just a unit of the Dark Cacao's military; they're also spiritual tribe!
[The Cream Wolves = Cookies&Wolves within the tribe || the Cream Wolves = Specifically referring to the wolves.]

The Cream Wolves generally hail from a specific region of the Dark Cacao, South of the Black Citadel yet somewhere within the North Eastern territory. This is close to where their tribe's communal den-set resides.

Tribal Functions

The tribe is generally considered and referred to as a pack by its members, as it is the Cream Wolves which decide who is allowed to join, and most of the tribe's Cookies take up canine customs, hierarchical order, and general way of life.

But how do cookie's join?

At a young age, some Cream Wolf pups will begin to hear or feel a call from beyond the den-set.
When they are old enough to wander, it will lead them to their Bond: A young Cookie of equivalent age; a twin flame; a sibling in soul if not in blood.

This Bond will be treated as their littermate, and will be assimilated into the tribe.
Side note: Most of the Cookies who become Bonds are those outcast by their own families, who feel more at home in the woods than in their house. It is speculated that they are more likely to be chosen because they long for a community, and are often closer to nature—the result making them perfectly suited for pack life.
