Asperitas

Asperitas was born with an odd difference, a rudimentary eye set in the center of her forehead. Her mother knew what her superstitious pack would do if they found out and kept the wolfling hidden as long as possible. Eventually, they were discovered and the pup was cast out, left to fend for herself. She wandered, frightened, into the territory of Stinging Nettle. She ran from the wolves when they scented her. Morrow coaxed her out of hiding. Despite being taken aback when first seeing her, he remembered what it was like to be on his own at such a young age. He brought her home to Mist. Mist's first response was absolutely not, harboring her own superstitious prejudices, but with some cajoling from Morrow and agreement from Bearclaw, she relented. Asperitas, never having been allowed around other pups, now delights in tussling with Mist's younger offspring. In turn, the little pups idolize her. Bearclaw aims to train her as assistant herbalist, having heard her own share of stories about three-eyed wolves.
