Her eyes fluttered open and she bit back a thought of death. She must still be alive. Her pups were asleep next to her and she assumed she had fallen asleep after birth and not gotten a chance to inspect them. They were extremely healthy and looked strong. A green tint accompanied with light green spots covered the male one, Freyr. The other was a beautiful female who resembled much of a storm. Both hadn't opened their eyes yet but she could tell her pups were special. Before giving birth, a large and strange creature called "Shagamaw" appeared in her den and gave her a wonky smile and muttered something of "your pups will resemble much of us". To what that meant, she didn't know.
