Arctic

The tall glaciers, ice rivers, and polar bears in the far north were all Arctic, the future leader of the Opossum Pack, had known for the majority of his life. When he met Albercuke as a three month old pup, it was an interesting encounter as the small Albercuke had jumped on top of him and they tussled for a while and from that day onward, they were friends. They did many things together even though Arctic has always been more of the loner and kept to himself than talked with others. Some of the pack members even feared him a little for his nature as they never knew what he was thinking nor did they ever ask.

As Arctic grew older, he began to follow the alpha around and learn pack matters as he was always interested in being an alpha and the pack alpha did not mind letting Arctic follow him around but according to the traditions of the pack, no matter what the only wolves allowed to lead are only the children of the alpha. Challenging was unheard of within their pack but if you were to challenge the alpha, it would be a fight to the death and had only happened one time in their pack history where the wolf that challenged ended up dead. The family ran out of the pack and never returned.

Arctic began to train himself in fighting and even fought with other animals within the pack territory, anything he could get his teeth through. He even fought other wolves and killed them, he would sometimes come back injured and the pack herbalist would heal him. After a while of doing so, he finally challenged the alpha for his title. Every wolf was shocked by this, even the alpha and his mate and pups were close by so he knew they heard him. Once the alpha locked eyes with his mate, there was fear and not only coming from her but their pups. But he still accepted the challenge and he lost. Blood was spilled and the howls of his mate were heard as the new alpha he had full control. Many wolves left the pack and one day he went after the previous alpha's mate and pups. He killed them in cold blood.

The remaining pack members were met with their doom of the disease, he was fortunate that Albercuke was alive and well and eventually the set of west. Hearing talk of a rainforest that was beautiful and full of prey and unlimited amount of space for wolves but the journey would be extremely long as they traveled for months on end. When he made it to the tundra, he met a golden wolf that they call Golden Retriever as for his fur coat and the way he always found things, then soon they found their herbalist Romantic, who was reserved but great at his job and the four wolves made their way to the Taiga. The group eventually made it to the Taiga during the spring where it was warm and they stayed there for a while, resting and planning out where they were going to go from there until it was decided they would stay for a few weeks before going to the mountains to settle for a while. This is where he met a wolf who called himself Lust due to his bloodlust as he was the unsatisfied type for war and death which and Arctic had assigned him to be a hunter with Albercuke and there were prey coming in left and right.

During the travels, they made it through many packs. Arctic had slept with the female wolves. Two of them had given birth to his pups as he observed them, he had found one stood out amongst the others and once the pup was weaned from the mother. He took the pup with him but the others were crying out to come and the runt came out and was asking to come with him. Arctic watched the pup before simply lifting up his paw and instantly killed the pup with no remorse. Arctic was no longer welcomed in that pack as he killed the pup and that's when he named the wolf Blood Face as the pup had a red marking over her face. After sometime he met his mate named Blue Eyes and had pups with her and other wolves after her, by the time they were in mountains he had a total of 6 biological pups with one adopted one, his new favorite came to be a pup named Britney Spears. During a hunting trip, Arctic had been fighting a cougar when the big cat struck his face, causing him to lose his eye but Albercuke took care of the rest of the big cat. Arctic frowned at the thought of his current mate as she was a more fragile wolf than he would have hoped and he valued his other lovers over her which caused many problems for their relationship until the point they hardly spoke to each other.
Even if he did not like his mate, he loved all his kids and would always make time to spend with them together and one on one to ensure they all had a sibling relationship with each other. Over time the clan grew and many of the members were well acquainted with him or he considered them friends other than two wolves by the name Husky and Plasma who he heard wanted a revolution for the pack. So he kept a close eye on those two all the while making sure none of his pups would ever hear such a thing about the pack. He would lay his life on the line for them even if he acted indifferent towards other people.
