Born in the north King Arctic started his pack with only 3 wolves one being himself. These other two wolves where Albercuke long time supporter of Arctic he lost his mate tragically in an accident, the only family the grizzled male has left is his adopted daughter, Snowy, and her daughter Blizzard. Sarcelle, Arctics original mate and mother of his daughters, Blood Face, Nickel, and Gabriel Jr, is heartbroken still after her mate left her a year ago, but she still works as a pupsitter for the pack. Along the trip to their new home the trio meets Romantic, a wandering healer who joins the newly founded pack, Holly an old battle worn hunter, and of course a young Kyoca. The group makes it their and only grows, some of the earliest additions are Snowy, Azure, and Wasp, victims of a cruel pack of wolves. Over the years Arctic has lost his mind and after temporarily mating with a now adult Kyoca becomes untrusting of her and leaves her for Dianna and unfortunately also her daughter Puppy. The pack has been divided in two and after a horrible argument with Albercuke, Arctic replaces him with Koba, an untrustworthy weasel of a wolf who caused the Sunrise War. Romantic gets a prophecy that Arctic will destroy the pack and he retires, leaving his apprentice Paramore alone and confused. Arctic doesn't know that Snowy is plotting his removal, by force if necessary .
