Three

She was originally named "Possum" by her birthmother Chaise, but the name was forgotten after her death. Her adoptive mothers referred to her and her littermates by the number of stones on their necklace, which ended up sticking.

Three was a quiet pup who learned not to speak unless spoken to. Her mothers encouraged her to be critical and thoughtful of the world around her, although they could get sharp with her and nip at her if she asked stupid questions. Part of her felt bad when she said something wrong because of their comments, and additionally found that when she stayed out of whatever One was getting up to entirely, she'd be picked on less. She liked to cuddle up to her moms when she could, but mostly kept to herself. She liked pelts and found them warm, particularly ones that looked like deer.

As an underpaw, Three found their mentors in Dawn Flashfire to be intense. She was targetted more by Grouse because he saw her as quiet and mousy, which brought One to poke fun at her more often, too. She found herself trying to spend more time alone, usually dragging a pelt or so along to lay and cuddle against.
