Training:
Chasing and Escaping:
During the lesson: Nebula taught Ariel an important lesson about effective running techniques. She was surprised how the depth of breath or change of pace can influence the results.
Bird Watching:
During the lesson: Ariel didn't have much luck at first, but soon she started to associate types of nesting materials with types of birds. Each time they appeared sooner than before.
Hiding:
During the lesson: To Ariel's surprise, Nebula found her quite quickly today. Ariel was reminded to mind her tail while hiding, because energetic wagging can be easily heard and seen.
Stalking:
During the lesson: Ariel learned how to use the environment to her advantage, to successfully muffle all the sounds she made. Ariel and her littermates were stalking each other, changing their roles from time to time.
Beginner Foraging:
During the lesson: Ariel almost dozed off during a lecture on herb habitats and moisture requirements. Nebula grumpily told her to take a break, even though it was a fascinating topic in her opinion.
Hunting Basics:
During the lesson: Prey will not necessarily be easy to take down even once they are caught, so Crux decided it was time for some strength training for Ariel. She gripped as tightly as she could to Crux's back while he shook and thrashed as much as he could to try and loosen Ariel's grip.

During the lesson: Nebula dissected the prey gently in front of the class to show where the veins and spine are. Anatomy lessons can pay off when trying to deal fatal blows, and Ariel listened eagerly.
