During the lesson: Cassidy expertly rolled and flipped a littermate onto their back, pinning them against the ground. Sokka nodded in approval at her technique, and explained how tactical moves are the most effective.
Ambushing:
During the lesson: Cassidy got distracted during the lesson and played with the toy instead of using it to train. Sokka scolded her and said that focus was critical to successfully ambushing prey.
Pathfinding:
During the lesson: Hercules observed Cassidy carefully and made sure that she stayed focused on scents and landmarks, but it was really hard when everything that was just a few steps away from the den was unknown.
Killing Effectively:
During the lesson: With the carcass tied to a straw string, Sokka pulled it to simulate prey movement. Cassidy stalked and pounced on the "prey" successfully, and began to tear it apart before she was scolded to be more precise and not let food go to waste.
Howling:
During the lesson: Cassidy was a bit disappointed with her voice after the next howling attempt but adults always say that it will change for the better with time. Cassidy believed them, but can't that day come sooner?
