Training:
Tussling:
During the lesson: Lupus suffered the consequences of her own idea for jaw muscle training. For about half of the class, Beetle pulled on her tail as they couldn't find any good branches to practice on.
Ambushing:
During the lesson: Today, Lupus put a toy near a guarding adult packmate. Beetle was required to ambush the wolf using the den's familiar terrain with only a few suggestions from Lupus - an important lesson to take advantage of the surrounding land and what it has to offer.
Pathfinding:
During the lesson: Hercules observed Beetle carefully and made sure that he stayed focused on scents and landmarks, but it was really hard when everything that was just a few steps away from the den was unknown.
Socialization:
During the lesson: Beetle learned today how to avoid conflict by asking questions first rather than imply solutions. This made packmates feel included in decision making, which strengthened the bond of the entire pack.
