Heraliel, often shortened to "Hera" and sometimes called "Two Spots" by her friends, is a fierce "little" girl. While she wasn't a runt, she is still on the smaller side of wolves. Strangers easily underestimate Hera's strength. This she-wolf may look small to you, but boy does she bite. Hera can put males twice her size to shame. (Not in general of course.) Considering her size and build, one could assume she would be fast and agile, but those disciplines actually aren't her strongest suit. She is an average jumper and does okay weaving through the underbrush,  speed isn't her forte though. To put it bluntly: Hera will be outrun by most of her friends and her prey tends to be faster than her too.

Why she became a hunter? Because unlike the rest of her hunting team, (at least her fellow chasers), Hera doesn't mind dealing the finishing blow. She learned to act fast and without compromise. Hera is smart and coupled with her strength she can take down much larger prey without a lot of trouble. Some say she does have a bit of a cat when she is hunting, as she prefers to ambush her prey if there is a possibility. Her patience is hard to match when she observes a hunting situation. When she is out alone, one can find her laying still among rock formations, blending in with her surroundings perfectly. Only her white eye spots, which earned her the nickname "Two Spots" stand out when she positions her greyscale fur against the stone background.

Hera looks a lot like her mother. She lived with her birthpack for about twelve weeks, together with her sister. Their father was also part of the pack. While he had little time for them, he was still a great father and always taught them one or two things when he had the time. Their mother was doting and made sure the girls knew everything to have a good start into their life. One of their older full sisters from an earlier litter did stay in the pack too and sometimes puppysat Hera and her litter sister.

At a little over twelve weeks, Angharad Pack's herbalist Alecaiah, stumbled upon Hera when she passed by the pup's birth pack, looking for rare herbs. Alecaiah spoke to Hera's mother and the pack leader and was told, they were looking for a new home for a few puppies and Hera was among them. Heraliel took a liking to the herbalist and was only a little saddened by the fact she would leave her kin behind. All sides shed a few tears, but eventually Hera found her home among the Angharad wolves.
