Personality: A simple, straightforward wolf, Daedon is honest and direct almost to a fault. He can be overly blunt, but is also good to have around when disagreements arise, as he has a way of cutting right to the core of the issue and exposing what people are really upset about. His leader, Dace, is toying with the idea of training him to be a diplomat, but is concerned he might offend other packs more than he reasons with them.
Some of his packmates value his honesty, and consider him a close friend; it's easy to know exactly where you stand with Daedon, so you never have to worry he's secretly upset with you-- if he's friendly to you, you know you've earned it, and when he pays you a compliment, you know he means it.
Other packmates, however, find Daedon's presence grating-- he has a way of bringing out the truth at the worst times, and just because he's honest doesn't mean he's always kind.
Naming Conventions: Teeth (and the Monsters who have them), second generation. (Daedon's mother, Carnassial, was named by Finch without much idea for a specific scheme. Carnassial has chosen to stick with the theme, however. She named him after a type of toothy boar she insists existed, saying her birth pack told her tales of these strange monsters when she was a pup).
