One of the earlier members of the pack, Relis seems to be an escaped criminal who lies like a fish swims. Very rarely does he give out the truth easily, and it was a surprise when Time allowed him into the pack. A deal made. "I'll use my skills to further your causes if you shelter me from my pursuers." he had said, and Time had agreed with no hesitation. At first, the others in the pack were skeptical, why take on a man so willing to bend the truth? Surely, he must be dangerous. But Relis quickly proved himself to not just be skilled, but perhaps the most skilled survivalist in the entire group. Time doesn't go out of his way to speak with Relis, the two's interactions generally not going beyond a mere glance and nod in the other's direction, but when they two do speak it is obvious that Time respects Relis's skills.. and that Relis is willing to be more forth-coming with Time than he is with any other. They have a strange, perhaps, friendship.
