„Brother” ❀

The slight brown pup stood beside his sister. He anxiously stared around at the surrounding wolves as they commented on how little strong him and Sister looked.

He found it odd how they judged them - as if they didn't look quite as pathetic as the pups did. Their new pack was small, only two others, other than himself, Sister, and their new 'Mother' Birch. Though, they both looked quite mean, so Brother decided it was best he didn't challenge them with his thoughts.

Birch showed them around the camp, it was a small clearing, the dens dug untidily in the ground. He winced when Birch stopped at one of the dens and sharply murmured. "This is where you'll sleep." She didn't let them say a word before she began wandering over to what looked like a small pile of rabbits and other small pieces of prey.

"How are we going to survive here?" He whined to Sister, his ears flicking back and his tail drooping.
Sister just gaze him a sympathetic smile. "We'll manage."
