I know my siblings think of me as the 'young' one in our litter. That they think I'm childish. That I don't notice things. But I do. I notice the slight cues that Lo gives Amp and me during a chase that let us be the lead hunters in the pack. I noticed the way Rhyolite and Gni were looking at each other long before either of them did. I notice the way Jasper's hackles rise slightly whenever Labradorite comes around, or the way Hornblende, Charcoal, and Melanite's ears flick back. They don't like him much. I know that some of my siblings don't either. Amp doesn't make it much of a secret that she doesn't like how he leads, or how pretty much anyone leads. Lo and Essex seem pretty content with his leadership. I get the feeling that Lo just wants everyone to get along while Essex doesn't see any real reason to challenge him. I can't really get a feel for what Gni is thinking, though. They're so quiet. I know they're always watching the pack, but they rarely make their opinion known. I wish I knew what they were going to do. It would make it so much easier for me to decide what I'm going to do.
